"Necessity is the mother of invention!" I bought an Oatmeal container with every intention of decorating it with one of the many DIY blogs! However, that has yet to happen. My expiration date on the oatmeal is almost due! Lucky for me, I found this to fit my drawer and VOILA!

How TuTu - Twisted Rosette Bow
You can do one rosette or make a collage of several. Use all different types of ribbon, material or tulle. Bedazzle the rosettes with pearls or diamonds or add feathers! Once again this just a formula. BE CREATIVE!
Begin by folding and gluing or tying a knot.Twist the ribbon and the felt simultaneously.... at the same time. lol
How TuTu - Boutique Bow
This is just a basic formula for a boutique-style bow. You can google the phrase "Boutique Bow" and look at the images. You can get lots of ideas and variations.
Ribbon #1: Formula for any size boutique bow
Make sure your loops are even before pinning.
I put a pin in the center so I can fluff my loops without moving the center point.
Begin sewing from the bottom up
Pull the slack while bunching up your bow
Wrap your thread around the entire bow: at least twice
Measure Ribbon #2 with the size of the bow: Make a little bigger
Gather your bow (as shown above) and wrap your thread around: at least twice before knotting.
Ribbon #5
Measure Ribbon #6 with Ribbon #5.
Ribbon #7: Use Ribbon #1 formula and make a small boutique bow
