How TuTu - Rose Bow

Use a MATCHING thread and felt.  I used a dark thread to show contrast for teaching purposes only.

This is the center fold of your rose.

Sew on the opposite side of your fold so that when you gather, the fold will be in the center.

Make as long as you want!  The longer you make it, the more volume your rose will have.

Make several knots to securely fasten your bow together.

Read my previous post on how to cover an alligator clip.

How TuTu - Fold Underwear

I learned this from my wonderfully organized Pastor's Wife: Glenda Stanley.  She did a whole lesson on organization.

This works with any type of underwear; even thongs or tighty whiteys!
Pictured is a pair of ((NEW)) Boy Short Panties.

Turn them upside down and "file" them like envelopes in your drawer!
It's addicting.  Your drawers will thank you.

How TuTu - Round Flower Bow

 Ribbon #1

Straighten your loops while holding securely in the middle.

Sew through the center several times to fasten the bow together.

Turn the bow over and trim the ribbon close to the stitches.
 Layer #1
Measure Ribbon #2 with the Layer #1: make it a little smaller
Repeat the above steps with Ribbon #2

Measure Ribbon #3 with Layer #2:  Make it smaller
Repeat the above steps with Ribbon #3.

Take Ribbon #4 and measure the spikes to slightly stick out from the bow's edges.
 Cut three pieces.

Sew or hot glue the pieces.
