How TuTu - Twisted Rosette Bow
You can do one rosette or make a collage of several. Use all different types of ribbon, material or tulle. Bedazzle the rosettes with pearls or diamonds or add feathers! Once again this just a formula. BE CREATIVE!
Begin by folding and gluing or tying a knot.

Twist the ribbon and the felt simultaneously.... at the same time. lol
